6.5 Security & Anti-Abuse Measures

  • Proposal Deposit: Submitters must stake a minimum of 50,000 CCAT as a refundable deposit (to prevent spam).

  • Time-Locked Execution: Approved proposals have a 48-hour time-lock before execution, allowing for community review.

  • Reputation Weighting: Accounts with verified CoinCat ID or higher Rank carry additional voting credibility weight.

  • Audit Requirement: All system-level changes must pass foundation audit prior to DAO deployment.
