• DAO treasury is secured via multi-signature wallets (3 of 5 keys held by independent entities).

• Treasury allocations are subject to DAO proposal approval.

• All spending, rebalancing, and CCAT buyback actions are recorded on-chain and included in the quarterly transparency report.
