6.1 Current Governance (Foundation + Node Stage)

At present, governance is jointly managed by:

• CoinCat Foundation — Responsible for strategic direction, development, and treasury management.

• Global Node Holders — Regional ecosystem partners who validate operations and contribute to growth.

Node Holders serve as advisory governors, participating in proposal review, community validation, and ecosystem feedback loops. This structure establishes the foundation for decentralized decision-making before the full DAO phase begins.
